For Albury Wodonga to be recognised internationally as a region with food security throughout the seasons and affordable housing options for diverse resident needs.
To implement an agrihood of 25 affordable, eco-sustainable homes for 75 residents from cohousing design principles adjacent to regeneratively managed farming allotments that produce 300% of fresh food residents with diverse needs by 2027.

A community design that incorporates food growing with regenerative practices, care of the ecosystem, has affordable housing and creates opportunities for resource sharing and social connection across all ages.

Located in Albury (NSW Australia) within 10 minutes bicycle ride to the central connecting area ensuring access to all services and the township.

Like many cooperatives throughout Australia and the world, it will be based upon membership systems, inclusive governance, social enterprise and circular economy.

The project was seeded by Dr Jason Hilder from Co-Creating More in 2025.
