Community Resilience & Local Food Precinct

An emerging initiative to create a community-scale place where food, housing, land stewardship and well-being are deliberately integrated.

Our vision

For Albury Wodonga to be recognised internationally as a region with food security throughout the seasons and affordable housing options for diverse resident needs.

Our mission

To implement an agrihood of 25 affordable, eco-sustainable homes for 75 residents from cohousing design principles adjacent to regeneratively managed farming allotments that produce 300% of fresh food residents with diverse needs by 2027.
